Mary Katherine Hickey

Katie Hickey grew up in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor’s degree in History at Villanova University, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 2015. After her 1L year, Katie was a judicial intern for the Honorable Gerald J. Pappert of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. During her 2L summer, she worked at the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath in Philadelphia. At Notre Dame, Katie has served as an executive member for the Galilee Public Interest Immersion Program, Women’s Legal Forum, and SBA Community Service Committee. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickup soccer, running around the lakes, and reading fiction.
