Issue 4 of the Notre Dame Law Review is the Symposium issue for Volume 90. This year’s Symposium was titled “The Treaty Power After Bond v. Clement, now a partner at Bancroft PLLC served as the keynote speaker for the event. Mr. Clement served as lead counsel for Carol Bond before the United States Supreme Court.
