Issue 5 of the Notre Dame Law Review is the Symposium Issue for Volume 89. This year’s Symposium was titled “The Evolution of Theory: Discerning the Catalysts of Constitutional Change.” More information about the Symposium is available here. Judge Brett Kavanaugh of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit gave the keynote address.
