Shelby Dedo

Shelby Dedo is from Wolverine Lake, Michigan. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in History. Prior to attending Notre Dame Law School, Shelby worked for two years as a project assistant in Jones Day’s Washington, D.C. office. During her 1L summer, she served as a research assistant for Professor Veronica Root Martinez. Shelby spent her 2L summer at Latham & Watkins LLP in Chicago, IL. After graduation, she will clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In her free time, she enjoys cross-training, listening to podcasts, and hiking local trails with her dog.
