Maria Valera

Maria is a 3L from Scottsdale, Arizona. She graduated from Rice University in 2024 with a B.A. in Economics and Business. At Notre Dame, she serves as a Senior Online Editor on the Law Review, a research assistant for Professor Emily Bremer, and as an Oralist for the Moot Court Constitutional Law Team. She is also a member of the Veterans Law Clinic.

Maria spent her 1L summer working for the Consumer Protection Division of the Indiana Attorney General and her 2L summer at Faegre Drinker’s D.C. office. In her free time, she enjoys collecting old jazz vinyls, going on long walks with her corgi Robbie, and reading fantasy novels.
