Lucy Callard

Lucy was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with departmental honors in Public Policy. She was also a captain of Duke’s Varsity Swimming and Diving team. After graduating from Duke, Lucy spent three years in New York City working for a management consulting firm. At Notre Dame, Lucy serves as an assistant rector in Johnson Family Hall and a teaching assistant for Professor Rick Garnett’s Criminal Law class. She will spend her 2L summer with Ropes & Gray in New York City. Following graduation, she will clerk for Judge Jonathan A. Kobes on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and then for Judge Joseph F. Bianco on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
