David Jordan
David is a 2L from Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from The Ohio State University where he studied Public Affairs and Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. At Notre Dame, he is a Murphy Fellow, a student fellow in the Religious Liberty Clinic, and an Oralist on the Moot Court Board. During his 1L summer he worked as a judicial intern for Judge Damon R. Leichty on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and he will spend his 2L summer as a summer associate at Jones Day in Cleveland. After graduation, he will clerk for Judge Eric E. Murphy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Outside of law school, he enjoys reading history and literature, honing his cooking skills, and spending time with his lovely wife, Monica.
