Cassandra Simmons

Cassandra is from Austin, Texas. She attended Purdue University, graduating with distinction in 2023 with a B.S. in Economics and B.A. in History.

At Notre Dame, she serves as Vice President of Operations for Notre Dame Federalist Society. She is also a returning Student Fellow for the Program on Law & Economics. During her 1L summer, she was a judicial intern for Justice John P. Devine of the Supreme Court of Texas. Cassandra spent her 2L summer working for the Nebraska Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division and Ohio Attorney General in the Office of the Solicitor General. After graduation, she will clerk for Judge Brian C. Buescher of the District of Nebraska.
