Merina L. Sterling

Merina Sterling was born and raised in Maui, Hawai‘i. She graduated from the University of Hawai‘i with a B.A. in Political Science and received the Wiswell Russian Language Grant to study in Vladivostok, Russia. Before law school, Merina lived in San Francisco and was a paralegal at a boutique firm. During her 1L summer, she worked at the Davis County Attorney’s Office in Utah. She will spend her 2L year in London with Notre Dame’s London Law Programme and will then join Spencer Fane’s Salt Lake City office as a 2L Summer Associate. Outside of law school, she enjoys listening to drum ’n’ bass, conversations about AGI, and playing Texas Hold’em.
