Andrew Olson

Andrew Olson is a proud Floridian who happens to have been born in Germany and grown up in Virginia. He earned a BA in linguistics from Yale University and two master’s degrees in theology before coming to NDLS.

Andrew loves editing and is excited to serve as Executive Editor for volume 100 of the Notre Dame Law Review. In addition to his work on Law Review, Andrew has served as a TA at the law school and participated in the Religious Liberty Clinic last year. He currently serves as the Vice President for Speakers of the law school’s Federalist Society chapter and leads a Bible study through the St. Thomas More Society.

Andrew has spent his law school summers as an associate at Boyden Gray PLLC (Washington, DC) and the Fort Lauderdale office of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP.

After graduation Andrew will move to Atlanta to clerk for Britt Grant on the Eleventh Circuit and then to DC to clerk for Carl Nichols on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Andrew is a daily runner who loves Shakespeare and Gregorian chant. He plays flute in the Notre Dame Symphony Orchestra and wishes there was more sunshine in South Bend.
