Catherine Kolesar

Catherine Kolesar is a second-year law student from Bethesda, Maryland. She graduated in 2024 from Villanova University with a B.A. in Political Science. At Notre Dame, Catherine serves as the secretary of the Federalist Society, and she is a Murphy Fellow for Notre Dame Law School’s Program on Church, State & Society. During her 1L summer, Catherine worked in Washington, D.C. at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty. During her 2L summer, she will work at Kirkland & Ellis in Washington, D.C. After graduation, Catherine will clerk for the Honorable Andrew L. Brasher on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
