Notre Dame Law Review

Bray was born and raised in San Francisco, California and graduated from the George Washington University School of Business in 2019. In addition to Law Review, Bray is Vice President of Speakers for the Notre Dame Federalist Society. Bray is also an accomplished organist and singer. He most recently served as Director of Music at St. Mary Mother of God Church in Washington, DC and is blessed to continue serving as music minister at the Law School’s St. Thomas More Chapel and as a member of the Notre Dame Basilica Schola. After graduating, Bray will clerk for Judge M. Miller Baker on the U.S. Court of International Trade.
