Phoebe Eichhorst

Phoebe is from Kearney, Nebraska. She attended the University of North Dakota where she graduated with a bachelor of science in Geography and a bachelor of arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and Honors. Before law school, Phoebe spent a year as a Green Iowa AmeriCorps volunteer at Practical Farmers of Iowa in Ames, Iowa. During her 1L summer, Phoebe interned for the Honorable Charlene Edwards Honeywell in Tampa, Florida. She is the President of Women’s Legal Forum at Notre Dame Law School. Outside of law school, Phoebe enjoys hiking with her fiancé, watching Korean dramas, and searching for the best coffee shop.
