Notre Dame Law Review

Mattis Belloncle grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area with one twin brother and one younger sister. He graduated summa cum laude from Hillsdale College in 2022 with a B.A. in Economics and English.

For his 1L summer, Mattis interned for the Seattle office of the Institute for Justice. After graduating, he will clerk for Judge Lawrence VanDyke on the 9th Circuit. In his free time, Mattis enjoys reading, hiking, and spikeball.
