Daniela Peinado
Daniela Peinado was born and raised in San Diego, California, but her family is from La Paz, Bolivia. She graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2013, where she majored in Political Science, minored in Philosophy, and joined Alpha Phi. She received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego and worked as a litigation paralegal before attending Notre Dame. She spent both her 1L and 2L summers in the litigation group of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she will return as an associate following graduation. Apart from Law Review, she is an Oralist on the Notre Dame Moot Court Board’s Seventh Circuit Team, an Assistant Rector in Lyons Hall, and Co-President of the Hispanic Law Students Association. She enjoys doing bikram yoga, playing poker, listening to nonfiction podcasts, and being a member of Shadow Mountain Community Church.
