Collin Matthew Berger
Originally from Ridgefield, Connecticut, Collin Berger graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University in 2014 with a concentration in public policy and a certificate in finance. After graduation, he worked in New York City for the management consulting firm Oliver Wyman until late 2016 and then for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York until summer 2019. He spent the summer after his first Notre Dame year taking MBA courses for his JD/MBA and assisting Professor Nicole Garnett’s research. He spent his second summer interning for the OCC in Washington, DC. He will clerk for Judge Matthew Solomson of the Court of Federal Claims after graduating, after which he plans to remain in DC to work in the financial regulatory space. His wife, Clarissa Wilbur, graduated from Notre Dame Law in 2021.
