Michelle Smit

Michelle Smit is from Hudsonville, Michigan. She received dual Bachelor’s degrees in Chinese Studies and Marketing from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, graduating summa cum laude. Next year Michelle will join Jones Day as an associate in the Intellectual Property practice group in Chicago. Michelle enjoys fishing, snowmobiling, waterskiing, traveling and cooking with her husband, and playing classical piano pieces.
