Daniel Lindstrom

Dan grew up in the Philadelphia suburb of Malvern, Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2019 with a B.A. in Theology. During his 1L summer he was a research assistant to Professor Nicole Garnett and a remote intern for the Curcio Law Firm in Michigan. For his 2L summer, he will work in corporate litigation at the Wilmington, Delaware office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

While Dan was an undergraduate, he participated in Air Force ROTC. Before coming back to Notre Dame for law school, he spent about five years in the U.S. Air Force as a Public Affairs Officer. He lived in Montana, Texas, and Germany during his time in the military. Dan is married to his high school sweetheart (and fellow ND alum), Joanna, and together they have two children: a daughter, Pia, and son, George.
