Stephanie Maloney is from Barrington, Rhode Island. She attended Loyola University Maryland, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science, and Emory University, where she received her Master of Theological Studies degree. During her 1L summer, Stephanie participated in the Blackstone Legal Fellowship and interned with Americans United for Life. This past summer, Stephanie worked as a litigation summer associate in the Chicago office of Ungaretti & Harris. Following graduation, she will clerk for the Honorable Stephen J. Murphy, III of the U.S. District Court for the E.D. of Michigan, and for the Honorable Edith Brown Clement of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. In addition to her work for the Law Review, Stephanie serves as President of the Notre Dame Federalist Society, Vice President of Jus Vitae, and Assistant Rector in Walsh Hall.
