Notre Dame Law Review

Jack Ferguson is from Washington, D.C. and graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in the Program of Liberal Studies (Notre Dame’s great books program). Before law school he worked as a staffer in the U.S. Senate. He spent his 1L summer as a judicial intern for Judge Carl J. Nichols on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. During his 2L summer, he worked as a summer associate in the D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis. After graduation, he will clerk for Judge John B. Nalbandian on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In his free time, Jack enjoys reading about American history and hiking with his better half Caitlin.
